    They skim off the part of the milk which rises to the top and consider it more valuable ( than the rest): P. τὸ μὲν αὐτοῦ (τοῦ γάλακτος) ἐπιστάμενον ἀπαρύσαντες ἡγεῦνται εἶναι τιμιώτερον (Hdt. 4, 2).
